I/O Technologies is the most competent IT group I've ever worked with. And they are very diligent on follow through; I give them very high marks. If there would be a problem, they have dial-in access to our computer and when we called them we could see activity almost immediately. However, we've had no problems. Dave has supporting staff so he has backup which was a major reason we selected him several years ago. I'd hate to be without him.
